2 tsp vanilla extract
a pinch of salt
1/2 cup white chocolate chips OR Lily’s sugar-free white chocolate chips

cocoa powder for dusting

Directions
- Combine ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Turn the heat to medium-low and begin stirring with a wooden spoon. It’s essential to make sure that the white chocolate doesn’t get stuck to the bottom of the pan and burn.
- Continue to stir and cook until the chocolate has melted and the liquid begins to steam. Do not let it boil! Serve hot, either as is or dusted with cocoa or cinnamon.
