Ingredients
2 bags of frozen spinach
8oz feta cheese
4oz cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
4 cloves garlic (minced)
1 tbsp fresh dill (chopped)
4 eggs
Directions
- Start by making the pie dough and rolling it out on a well-floured surface. Carefully transfer the pie dough to your pie dish and trim the edges to have an inch of dough hanging over the edge. Roll the dough up to create an edge and crimp with your fingers.
- Preheat the oven to 350° F.
- Mix together the spinach, feta, cream cheese, mozzarella, garlic, and dill in a bowl. Add the eggs and stir to combine thoroughly.
- Pour the filling into the pie shell and smooth the top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the center of the pie is set. This pie is excellent either hot or chilled.
