Having a dry Thanksgiving? We have some great cheese pairing suggestions for our favorite nonalcoholic drinks! Sparkling cider goes amazingly with creamy soft cheeses like brie (espicallu Ballyhoo) and the sparkling grape will complement a tangy chèvre beautifully. Non-sparkling cider will be delicious with a hearty cheddar (a real English cheddar in particular). If you're serving locally brewer 1820 nonalcoholic beer, there's some great pairings for that too. The stout is great with French brie, Peek Interest can accompany a mild cheddar, Wave Finder IPA is a friend to chèvre, and A Better Blonde will go with a good alpine cheese like Gruyere!

Today, join us in honoring the memory of transgender people around the world who have lost their lives to anti-trans violence. Don’t stay silent when you see bigotry, speak up. Let’s work together for a better future for everyone.

Transgender Day of Remembrance has been observed for 24 years and is recognized in at least 20 countries. It was founded to draw attention to the continued violence endured by transgender people.

I am no stranger to the need to fight for our rights, and the right to simply exist is first and foremost.
