Baked Pears with Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients
6 Bosc pear
6 Tbsp butter (melted)
6 tsp sugar or monk fruit sweetener
Cinnamon and nutmeg to sprinkle
Vanilla ice cream to serve
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Slice the pears in half and scoop out seeds. Arrange the pears slice-side up in a baking pan. Pour the melted butter over the pears and sprinkle a 1/2 tsp of sugar over each half. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Bake until the pears are tender (will vary depending on the ripeness of the pears) about 45 minutes to an hour. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
