Ingredients

  • 6 Bosc pear

  • 6 Tbsp butter (melted)

  • 6 tsp sugar or monk fruit sweetener

  • Cinnamon and nutmeg to sprinkle

  • Vanilla ice cream to serve

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  • Slice the pears in half and scoop out seeds. Arrange the pears slice-side up in a baking pan. Pour the melted butter over the pears and sprinkle a 1/2 tsp of sugar over each half. Sprinkle with cinnamon and nutmeg.
  • Bake until the pears are tender (will vary depending on the ripeness of the pears) about 45 minutes to an hour. Serve hot with vanilla ice cream.
