Ownership Application and Share Purchase

Please fill out the application below. When you hit submit at the end you will be redirected to our WebCart online shopping platform to pay for your ownership share (either in full or in installments depending on your selection). Your ownership will become active when you have paid and the paper work is processed (it may take a few business days to process). If you prefer to open your account in person, you can do so at the register.

We need your email to reach you about the annual election and send the electronic ballot. You will only be added to the promotional/news email list if you select that option below.
Selecting yes will mean that you do not receive emails about holiday meat preorders such as turkeys in November.

To become an owner one must invest equity in the amount of $200. You can either pay this in a lump sum or make 10 annual payments of $20. An initial payment od at least $20 must be made to active an owner account. Once this application is submitted you will be redirected to our WebCart payment system. Be sure to put your name and phone number in the order notes. Once your application is processed you will be able to pick up your welcome packet and owner tags at the register.
