Seaweed restock

Wild Atlantic Kombu, dulse, wakame, and kelp are back in stock, hand-harvested locally by Ironbound Island Seaweed.

What’s the most common use of kombu? Traditionally, it’s used to make dashi stock, an umami-packed broth used in Japanese cooking. It’s part of what makes miso soup so delicious! Kombu also has a uniquely oceanic flavor and leathery texture. It can be chopped up finely and used in savory preparations and seaweed salads. Kombu is highly nutritious and a great addition to your healthy diet.

New bison products!

100% grass-fed, pasture-raised bison. Force of Nature is regeneratively raised with lifelong access to pastures and no antibiotics or added growth hormones. We have ribeye, tenderloin, NY strip steaks, sirloin, ground bison, and bison patties in stock now.

New Camembert and Vegan Ricotta

Wow, two new additions to the cheeses case: Treeline cashew Ricotta and Origin A2 organic Camembert!

Finally you can make a delicious dairy free lasagna or baked pasta!

And Organic Camembert… c’est magnifique !💋🧀
