Ingredients
3 tbsp olive oil
1 lemon (juice and zest)
1 1/2 tsp sumac
1/4 tsp salt
1 medium shallot (thinly sliced)
1 lb cherry tomatoes (sliced in half)
1 large English cucumber (chopped into 1/2 inch pieces)
1 green bell pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup chopped dill

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
Directions
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, sumac, and salt. Set aside.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl.
