Organic-ish for Everyone

What are your big challenges to eating a good-for-people-&-planet diet? In this interactive workshop, we’ll explore obstacles, brainstorm solutions, and share tasty treats cooked on the spot. In community, you’ll add tools to your kit for affording, provisioning, and cooking a personally and globally balanced diet. All are welcome!

Ashley David, MFA/PhD, has lived and worked on four continents and relies on Ayurvedic wisdom, Exquisite Knowing, and local, organic foods to achieve health and well-being. A chef, interdisciplinary artist, and the proprietor of My Little Dumpling, she created the Globally Balanced Diet Project to support individuals and communities to create good for people and planet, sustainably.
