Ayurveda-ish for Everyone: Winter Edition

Winter, a kapha season with vata undertones, calls for us to insulate our wellbeing through food and daily habits that help counter winter’s heavier bits. Through this interactive workshop, we’ll explore ways to cultivate a light heart and sharp sense of purpose, and we’ll share tasty treats, in community.

Ashley David, MFA/PhD, has lived and worked on four continents and relies on Ayurvedic wisdom, Exquisite Knowing, and local, organic foods to achieve health and well-being. A chef, interdisciplinary artist, and the proprietor of My Little Dumpling, she created the Globally Balanced Diet Project to support individuals and communities to create good for people and planet, sustainably.
