Ashley David, MFA/PhD, has lived and worked on four continents and has relied on Ayurvedic inspiration and guidance for most of her life to achieve health and wellbeing. She is the proprietor of My Little Dumpling, a chef on the Aragosta crew, an organizational and leadership development specialist at Exquisite Knowing, an interdisciplinary artist, and a service dog handler-trainer.
